Fore Valley Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey honours the landscape and distilling heritage of the Benedictine monks of nearby Fore Abbey. Shaped by water, soil, and time, it carries deep character with quiet distinction.

‘Fore’ comes from the Gaelic word, ‘fobhair’, meaning water springs. Found throughout the Valley of Fore in Co. Westmeath, the Seven Wonders of Fore, remarkable waters are even known to resist boiling, blurring the lines between nature and mystery.

The spring water is rich in minerals, flowing through stone and soil. Paired with local grain, slow-grown through shifting seasons and tended with care, this whiskey is brought to its fullest expression.

Distilled from a traditional mash of malted, unmalted barley and oats, this single pot still whiskey is matured in ex-bourbon and finished in PX sherry casks. The result is a rich and balanced whiskey with notes of raisin, fig, and dark fruits. Unfolding into a long, warm and gentle oak finish, each drop embodies the spirit of Fore.
