What you’ll need:

50ml of Fore Valley Irish Poitín, 150ml freshly brewed black coffee, 1 tsp white or brown sugar, 2 tbsp double cream, nutmeg to garnish & coffee bean to top!

Method:

Lightly whip the cream just so it’s very slightly thick then set aside. Add the Poitín & pour the hot coffee into a mug or a heatproof glass. Stir in the sugar until it has dissolved. Gently float the cream on the top of the coffee & sprinkle the nutmeg over the cream and decorate with some coffee beans!
