We were delighted to welcome Mary Lou McDonald to Fore Distillery in April of 2024 on her route through the Irish Midlands!

Founder & Head Distiller Oliver gave Mary the full run down on Fore Distillery, our background, spirits, processes and future aspirations. While in conversation, Oliver proposed the need for tourism support within the Irish Midlands to Mary Lou. She was most attentive to Oliver’s perspective as a small craft business owner. This support would provide opportunities for businesses like Fore Distillery to showcase what the Irish heartlands have to offer!
