Midland’s Food & Drink Directory Launch-Blog

We were delighted to attend the Midlands Ireland Food & Drink Directory Launch in May 2024 at Ballykilcavan Brewery. This directory is available online at midlandsireland.ie and is a finely curated catalogue of the bespoke food & drink producers within the Irish Midlands.

We were even more thrilled to have Oliver featured amongst the guest panel interviewed by RTÉ’s Ear to the Ground, Helen Carroll! Oliver shared valuable background information on the Fore Distillery brand, spirits, association with local tourism and more.

There were plenty of insights and experiences shared that highlighted what food & beverage producers have to offer in the midlands and additionally what challenges there are to overcome as smaller producers!

It was our pleasure to meet with some of the midlands finest Food & Drink producers and to share the panel with the fantastic businesses of The Merry Mill, The Business of Food, Ómós, Richmount Cordials as well as Feighery’s Farm Beetroot Juice!
